Home Biodanza is the ‘Dance of Life’ and classes are designed to create a space in which to connect with and express our potentials of health, wellbeing and happiness. When we open to life and love we encounter the poetry of the heart that inspires how we interact and live.Everybody can dance and the music and exercises that are used are based on the pleasure of movement to transform the experience of our life physically, emotionally and psychologically from our innate positivity.Enjoying music and dancing together are natural antidotes to the stresses of life. Biodanza aims to reconnect humanity through a natural affective link and during the class we work on three levels of communication - With ourself, With the other and With the group.
