As with all terms, the group will become gradually more integrated and begin to enter into deeper exercises and experiences. The plan for this year for the group is to follow the cycles of nature around us, and to ‘ebb and flow’ with the general waves of life. Throughout, we will be allowing the process of transformation to be fully lived through our whole being and by the end of the year to have felt a shift in our lives with the ascension of love: the return to supportive and loving connections as our true origin in life. After Easter I am planning to do some classes of Biodanza Aquatica (during the Tuesday term), which is a specialised experience of Biodanza in the water, and for this a certain amount of regular experience is necessary. People who may be interested in these classes should come as regularly as possible from January. I will explain more over the term. On deeper levels Biodanza is about the expansion of consciousness into ever increasing states of graceful humanity. So, as the year progresses we will work with the vivencias that facilitate new perceptions and expanded awareness that is centred in a deep respect for each other, our world and for the sacredness of life. The Autumn term will be a good time to experience some of the ways in which we learn about, and use, shamanic techniques in Biodanza. NB: Please note that this is a weekly drop in class but it is strongly recommended that you attend as regularly as possible to experience the benefits of what is offered. |
