Every year we have a special ‘dance and dinner’ to celebrate the inspiration of Burns within the Celtic peoples. On Friday night there will be a dance/Vivencia with the Scottish teachers of Biodanza followed by a traditional Haggis supper, with full regalia! Wear whatever clothes bring out your poetry, creativity and elegance! Then on the Saturday and Sunday, alongside all the dancing, I will be presenting some of the basic theory and ideas behind Biodanza, as developed by Rolando Toro Araneda, to give insight into the transformative quality of the experiences we have in the classes. The Dances will be based around welcoming in all things new and letting go of anything old, at the same time! And, beginning to wake up our new year vitality so that we can put some energy into the visions and desires that we would like to create in our world, to bring nurturance and enrichment . |
