Presentiment of the Angels - With Claire Levey Lewis

The Presentiment of the Angels is an extension of Biodanza created by Rolando Toro to experience a deepening connection with the archetype of the Angel within us. Drawing on the work of Carl Jung, who recognised the presence of different archetypes within the ‘collective unconscious’, Rolando developed a vivencia based on the archetype of the Angel because it relates to and enhances our level of sensitivity and empathy. It is with greater levels of sensitivity and empathy that we are able to make deeper and more meaningful connections with ourselves, each other and the world around us.

For Rolando, the archetype of the Angel is a connection with life, within us, that we can develop in order to elevate our experience of the world; to find beauty, harmony, divinity, union, unconditional love, expanded awareness, and miracles (!). To awaken and empower our inner angel is a journey, through invocations and dances, to find grace and humility within. Experiencing a level of consciousness through which we can transcend beyond our own limitations (the ego is limiting!), allows the things we truly desire to manifest. For this, we need to be the ones to open ourselves to others, from the capacity of genuine affection and love that we have as human beings but that we don’t always express.

There are many Angels that exist within us, and that connect us with the greater expression of life around us: the Angel of Love, the Angel of Health, the Angel of Joy, the Angel of Peace, the Angel of Abundance, to name a few. The dance of the Angels is an invitation to the Cosmic Dance, the magical and mysterious world that lives inside us, as a reflection of the potential in the vastness of the universe.

Because we have been gifted with this beautiful venue in Dublin, with natural grounds surrounding us, we will also be doing a vivencia of Biodanza in Nature to open our senses to the Angelic essences in the trees, plants and flowers.

Townley Hall is a magnificent Georgian mansion built just over 200 years ago on a hilltop setting. Today it is surrounded by 60 acres of rolling parkland overlooking the Boyne Valley. The location is strikingly beautiful and peaceful. The House is an architectural jewel. It is renowned for its exquisite interior, wonderful proportions, the quality of the materials and craftsmanship used in its construction and, in particular, its magnificent staircase.
