Beginners Classes FREE introductory class on Tuesday 29th September, 8.00-9.45 Ongoing Beginners Classes start on Tuesday October 13th, 6.30-7.45 pm, and cost £6 (£5 conc) per class on the night or £40 (£32 conc) for the 8 week block. This beginners class will provide a simple and easily accessible introduction to Biodanza, focusing of enriching vitality and pleasure in movement, increasing the possibility for spontaneity and connection with the significant values in our lives. |
